No request is too big or small and don’t worry, we pride ourselves on offering fairly priced services and even donate a percentage of our annual profits to good causes.

Founder
Lauren Penny lunched We Are Good agency in 2022 with the vision for it to be a new type of agency that focuses solely on providing meaningful marketing and design. With over fifteen years in the marketing and creative industry and a passion for the charity sector, Lauren soon focused her career on marketing ethical businesses with the belief that creativity is a powerful tool that should be utilized to help change the world for the better.
Her dream of founding an agency built on integrity that works with likeminded ethical clients to help repair the world as well as being a ‘good’ business itself, is now a reality. Through her career, Lauren has developed an in-depth understanding of the ethical marketplace and knows how to get brands noticed in the sector and their audiences actively engaged and wanting more. Lauren has a strong team around her who with a diverse set of marketing and creative skills, are equally as passionate about amplifying brands who are doing ‘good’ things.
We are good.
We are a marketing and creative agency with a conscious. Our passion for doing good extends beyond supporting ethical clients, we are a moral business ourselves. We strive to be good in everything we do including how we are set up and operate. We only work with sustainable, ethical suppliers and are big campaigners for climate action. Our website is run-on 100% renewable energy, we offset our carbon emissions, use eco printers and we even pledge to plant a tree for each customer that does business with us. For those that sign up to our newsletter, you’ll be gifted some native UK wildlife seeds.
We give back. A percentage of our annual profits are donated to good causes, and we also run free marketing workshops. Our services are fairly priced – no big agency fees here. We want our services to be accessible to all good causes no matter of their size.
